The courses are tailored to participants through needs analyses. During the three course days, we use a sample paper chosen by the course leader, to raise awareness about quality indicators, strengths, weaknesses and solutions. In the workshop we use texts that the participants have written themselves. The course leader speaks Norwegian or English depending on participant needs.
